VIGESIMO: Visto: El Expte. E-1286-2024; referente a la presentación de la Señora Coordinadora del Programa “Justicia y Sociedad Civil”, Dra. Marisa Esther Spagnolo (Secretaria Jurisdiccional N° 2 del Superior Tribunal de Justicia), quien solicita la aprobación de la Capacitación: “EL CASO LUCIO Y MAS ALLÁ. DESAFIOS Y SOLUCIONES EN LA LUCHA CONTRA EL MALTRATO INFANTIL FAMILIAR Y PROTECCION INTEGRAL A LA MUJER: PREVENCIÓN DE LAS VIOLENCIAS”, evento que se realizará en el Colegio Secundario San Cayetano de la localidad homónima, el día jueves 5 de septiembre de 2024. Por ello y oído el Sr. Fiscal General;

SE RESUELVE: Aprobar como se pide y darle la intervención que le compete al Área de Capacitación del Poder Judicial.
